• In writing at the reception desk

This facility allows you to:
• View all the items which have been authorised for you
• Place an order
• Make your choice of pharmacy
• Submit

NB. When ordering by Fax or in Writing we need:
1. Your name
2. Contact phone number
3. Name of the item as it appears on your products label.
